EVOLVE is a Private Pilates and strength studio specializing in purposeful personal programming. We are a Personal Training studio that works with 1 or 2 clients at a time. We teach clients the ins and outs of the correct form and technique of the Pilates's method. It's all about creating a program that is built for your posture and your goals.

This method focuses on posture and movement assessments that are used to create a unique program to re-align YOUR body. Pilates works the entire body in challenging, low-impact, and mindful movement patterns that are kind to your joints, strengthen your core, and improve your posture.

IT IS ALL ABOUT - POSTURE - BREATH - FORM.

Pilates strengthens all the small stabilizer muscles around your joints. Practicing Pilates with the right form and consistency, makes it a method of exercise like no other – it truly is a "feel it to believe it" movement practice. Joseph Pilates, who created the method says, Pilates "develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit".

  • We work with one or two clients at a time

  • Pilates is a safe and supportive movement practice that is fantastic for Pre & Post Natal clients

  • Preparing for an athletic event or sport? golf, marathons, triathlete, lifting competitions, basketball etc. Pilates is a core endurance exercise program. It will give you that edge. 

  • Recovering from an injury? Pilates will help you each step of the way from therapeutics to fitness.
